CFAAS has an array of facilities available to students and researchers in fisheries and aquaculture, including over 90 research ponds and over 900 sq meters of wet lab space with recirculating (RAS) tanks at the Aquatic Research Laboratory and Saluki Aquarium.

Other Facilities include: 

• 27-foot, closed cabin research vessel with side-scan sonar
• Field vehicles and research boats
• Toxicology and physiology laboratories with state-of-the-art technology
• Molecular genetics
• Computing/GIS
• Microscope and image analysis
• Hydroacoustics and hydrographic river-survey equipment
• Wetland Field Center (joint with the Center for Ecology)
